Everything SmoothieI am now 8 days into my latest challenge, and I have been feeling cocky enough to go out on a limb and try making my OWN, unique smoothie.

I call this my “everything but the kitchen sink” smoothie, since…well…it has everything but the kitchen sink in it 🙂 Add some liquor and you have yourself a PARTY!

Ingredients (makes 2 servings)

1 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen stawberries
1/2 cup peaches (we used canned)
1/2 cup fresh pineapple
1 cup apple juice
1 cup ice
1 tblsp ground flaxseed (optional)
